missingWrote a review on 04 Febroom viewmodern bathroomguest noise
The view from the room provided a fine backdrop to the stay. The bathroom impressed with its modern fixtures and a fantastic shower that felt quite luxurious.
Noise from other guests on the third floor created some disturbances late into the night. The pillows were quite firm, which may not suit everyone's preference. The breakfast options, although varied, could use more innovation. Weetabix could elevate the experience further. A confusing entrance meant standing outside for a while, as it wasn't clear to enter through the pub.

Everything was very comfortable, had a perfectly pleasant stay for 4 nights between Christmas and New Year. The staff was attentive, always there to help. My double room and bed were very clean. The hotel had a central location and it was near Blue John Cavern. I liked the stay.

We had a great time exploring the nearby caves and the famous Blue John mines. The location was spot on, just a short walk to the main centre. Breakfast was delish with generous portions. Plus, the staff were super friendly. Definitely worth a visit with friends!
The entrance setup was a bit confusing since we had to figure out to go through the pub. But it's a minor hiccup for an otherwise lovely stay.

With three dogs in tow, the staff were super accommodating, and breakfast kept us fueled for our adventures. Lisa and Peter.
In my wife's opinion, thicker walls would enhance the experience.
